Spinning songs has never looked so good. This season, take charge of the dance floor and turn up the volume in style. All eyes will be on you when you shine in sparkles, sequins and statement jewelry. With looks like these, you’ll make an impression that will last long after the last song has played.

We are BACK with our 2nd Annual Music Issue. We have been on hiatus for six months and are pleased to return for Fall 2010 with music’s pop sensation Shontelle of SRC/Universal Records. When my team and I were brainstorming about possible music artists to feature on the cover of this issue, we barely knew who Shontelle was when her video came on the screen in the waiting area. It hit us immediately, she is young, fresh and full of potential-the quintessential UNVOGUE girl. And of course we had to dress her in our favorite new brand SuperTrash, which represents the same exact qualities. So without further a due, we present Shontelle Layne in No Gravity.

On August 30, 2010 digital fashion and beauty magazine UNVOGUE(www.unvogue.com) celebrated its Celebrity Charity Auction benefiting VH1 Save The Music at The Gates in NYC. The auction includes autographed Aerial7 headphones from celebrities such as Nicki Minaj, Kelly Rowland, Russell Simmons, Swizz Beatz and newcomer Shontelle. The event was held to raise awareness and bids for the auction on CharityBuzz.com. Fashion, music and entertainment tastemakers such as fashion guru Phillip Block, designer/philanthropist Malcolm Harris, recording artists Miguel (Jive), Mickey Factz, Baiyu (JMD/Universal) and Hot 97.1 FM The Morning Show’s K.Foxx came out in support of “Saving the Music”. The night was presented by SmartWater/Glaceau and guests sipped specialty drinks by Xante Liqueur and danced to tunes powered by Da Union’s DJ. O.Minaya. There is still time to bid Go Now!
This editorial was originally shot for the 3rd Annual Men’s Issue, which was slated to launch in June 2010. The issue was stalled as we opted to continue out hiatus until September. This story was so good, we couldn’t allow it to go to waste. So here is Man-Eater shot by Carlos Arias (www.carlosariasphotograpy.com), styled by our EIC K.Tyson Perez in March 2010.
